The Good Lift app is a premier fitness training app designed to help you build muscle, burn fat, and become the strongest, most functional version of yourself yet!

The GL app puts an end to endless searching on social media for the right workout. In this app you will have access to specialty programs, 30 minute workouts, WODs (workouts of the day), and on demand workouts so you can keep the gains coming.

This platform makes use of the tools that have been getting people big and strong for generations: barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight movements. These superior training tools use basic movements that can be easily adjusted to allow for a greater level of intensity and variability during your workouts.

One of the fundamental principles to my workout success has always been a strong understanding of exercise technique. In this app, you will have access to a library of in-depth tutorials along with demonstrations of how to perform lifts correctly; all of which will ensure your success in the long run and prevent injuries.
